Edvina.net - building platforms for Open Unified Communication!

Edvina.net is a company with many year's experience in TCP/IP networking and IP Communication solutions. During the last five years, we've focused on Unified Communication based on Open Standards - mainly SIP and XMPP/Jabber. We strongly believe that the realtime network for your business is a very longterm investment, like the e-mail system, and needs to be protected by Open Standards, defined by the IETF. In addition, using Open Source Software keeps the costs under control and creates very stable, scalable and profitable solutions. Open Unified Communication in short - using Internet tecnology for business use, making sure that your realtime network - voice, video, chat, presence - will be a network that you can easily expand, build on and continue to use for many years.

Examples of projects we have been or are involved with:

  • Installation, configuration and custom development and documentation of Asterisk - the Open Source PBX
  • VoIP training - including SIP Express Router and Asterisk
  • XMPP/Jabber installations and development
  • VoIP Architectures for service providers
  • Large scale SIP PBX services for Universities
  • Scalability, failover and load balancing for SIP infrastructures
  • Security Audit of VoIP infrastructures for carriers and enterprises
