Improved Dial() Macros

• Added arguments and result code from macro to do something useful

• M(<macroname>^<argv1>^<argv2>)

• ${MACRO_RESULT} can be set to (within the macro)

  • GOTO GOTO:context^exten^priority
  • BUSY Jump to Prio+101
  • CONGESTION Behave as congestion
  • ABORT Hangup both call legs
  • CONTINUE Continue call
