Asterisk™,

class will give you the knowledge and insights you need to get up to speed
with your Asterisk implementation and make it production ready in no time.
Target
group
System- and network administrators or developers that want to know the details on how to install, configure and set up an Asterisk solution for a business, service provider or or other organization. The class is very technical and you need prior knowledge of Linux to attend.

The “Asterisk bootcamp” training class starts
with installation and covers the most common features in Asterisk: Integration
with the PSTN, the IAX2 and SIP channels for VoIP telephony and how to
build a dial plan with applications like follow-me, voicemail, conferencing
and call queues
After
the training, you will be able to get the new Digium
Certified Asterisk Professional, dCAP, certification by going through
a test. If you already know Asterisk, you will be given other oppurtunities
to take the certification at a later stage. These events will be coordinated
with Astricon Conferences.
